Cashing Out

To cash out money from your Prestige Casino account, click on the "CASHIER" button in the lobby.
Click on "Withdraw".
Choose one of the cash out options at the Cashier.
Fill in the required information.

the one that best suits you:

When you submit a withdrawal request, its status is labeled as "waiting",
which means that your request has been accepted by Prestige Casino and that we are processing it.

All withdrawal requests are processed within four (4) business days after the date of the request. However, please note that the casino reserves the right to withhold withdrawals above the amount of $5,000 for security checks until the reception of all the required documents, including a digitized photograph, for verification and promotional purposes, at which stage the withdrawal will be processed.

During this time you can cancel your withdrawal request and return these funds into your Prestige Casino Account. By canceling your withdrawal request, your account is credited back and you can play, without having to submit a new deposit.

Please note that:
While there is NO LIMIT to the amount a Player can cash out in the casino, there is a maximum amount that can be Withdrawn in one time. For receiving any Withdrawal which is higher than $9,000, an amount of $9,000 (or the corresponding amount in the currency of payment) will be paid to you once a month, upon your Withdrawal request, until the full amount of your Withdrawal is paid. The foregoing applies also to Withdrawals of progressive jackpots. Withdrawals depend on verification of all required documents as set in clause 9.4

You do not have to withdraw you winnings at the end of each session. The secure server of our casino saves your account balance each time you log off the casino; the moment you log on again, you're account balance will be immediately available. When withdrawing from your casino account, you may have to provide ID documentation such as copies of credit cards, utility bills or driver's license. The possible request for documentation is done in the interest of shielding casino players from fraud and theft.

According to Prestige Casino withdrawal policy, the requested withdrawal amount will be refunded back to your method of original Deposit, up to your Casino Deposit Balance*.

The remaining sum, if any, will be sent to you via Wire Transfer, Bank Draft express or Bank Draft (whichever is more convenient for you), or via Firepay,

MoneyBookers, Neteller or Citadel if you have used these methods in the past.

The minimum amount for a Wire Transfer Cash Out is $500, for a Bank Draft Express $100 and for a Bank Draft $10. If you have requested to withdraw a lower amount, we will not be able to process your request and the funds will be added to your Casino account.

*Casino Deposit Balance is composed of the total deposits made using specific deposit methods less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds.

Due to MasterCard's and Visa's regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards. Therefore, deposits made using MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards will not be counted in your Casino Deposit Balance. Cash Outs will be returned via Wire Transfer, Bank Draft express or Bank Draft (which is more convenient for you), or via NETeller, Instacash, Moneybookers, Click2Pay, InstaDebit, or Firepay if you have used these methods in the past.

If you made a Citadel deposit/s prior to cashing out, your withdrawal might be subject to additional waiting days until the deposit has been fully cleared. If your Citadel deposit/s is returned (declined), your withdrawal will be declined and your winnings voided.
