Prestige Gaming sends out periodic email newsletters to its members informing them about promotions, specials and updates on the site. These newsletters are sent only if you have subscribed to the service and in accordance with all current and proposed national and international legislation on commercial email.

Prestige Gaming does not endorse or tolerate spam in any form.
We will not permit our members to be the victims of any unsolicited e-mail (a.k.a. "spam") related to our sites or our services. Our marketing affiliates choose their own way of promoting Prestige Gaming's sites. However if an affiliate partner is reported to be spamming, he/she will not get paid and will be expelled from the Prestige Gaming's affiliate program.
His unique site tracking URL will be immediately and permanently blocked as will any other trackers that we can identify as belonging to the same person or group. If you receive junk e-mail or offensive e-mail, please forward one complete, unedited copy of the e-mail message with the full message headers to: abuse@thepartnerpage.com.
We will investigate each evidence of unsolicited email and act quickly to stop abusive behavior.
